Why we keep the stack boring

There's a version of this studio that chases new tools. We don't run that version.

FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SwiftUI. These aren't exciting choices. They're just ones we understand deeply enough to move fast without breaking things.

When a client asks why we're not using [newer thing], the honest answer is: because we've already paid the cost of learning this one, and the interest compounds.

Boring stacks ship. Interesting stacks become the project.
