FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SwiftUI. These aren't exciting choices. They're just ones we understand deeply enough to move fast without breaking things.
When a client asks why we're not using [newer thing], the honest answer is: because we've already paid the cost of learning this one, and the interest compounds.
Boring stacks ship. Interesting stacks become the project.
